Key Business Consultants recently launched our very own addition to the Xero partner app scheme – the XeFlow project management system.

XeFlow project management combines the best of cloud accounting system Xero and invoice management software WorkflowMax. In this article, we’ll tell you all about how our new app can save you time, streamline your admin and improve the accuracy of your invoices.

The Best of Both Worlds

We strongly recommend that all our clients use Xero for their accounting and bookkeeping. It does a lot of the heavy lifting, so you can concentrate on running and growing your business.

We’ve helped hundreds of clients set up, optimise and manger their Xero accounts. And we were recently awarded Gold Partner status by Xero themselves.

WorkflowMax is an excellent invoice and project management system, but it does have some areas for improvement (particularly in respect of bulk and batch jobs).

By leveraging our extensive contacts in app development, we were able to combine the best of both services into our very own project management system.

Reduce Your Admin Time

Because XeFlow syncs directly from Xero and WorkflowMax, you can automate your admin tasks with just a few clicks:

  • On board clients directly from Companies House
  • Automatically add jobs every time you on board
  • Send bulk emails
  • Archive a number of clients in a single batch
  • Post timesheets
  • Stay synced with all your client’s information

Regularly scheduled tasks like month ends and annual Ts & Cs updates are also simple with XeFlow. Simply set up the rules and the required contacts – XeFlow takes care of the rest.

Crush Those Time Sheets!

All professionals hate doing time sheets. Trying to reconcile hand-written notes, spreadsheet entries and even old e-mails… The whole thing can quickly become overwhelming.

XeFlow offers an elegant solution to all your timesheet headaches. We call it TimeCheats – a revolutionary new way to manage and process timesheets.

Simply link your Gmail or Microsoft account directly to XeFlow. The software then reads times and contacts, and makes suggestions as to where to allocate your time. Therefore, no more scrolling through your inbox trying to remember what you were doing on Tuesday morning!

How Does It Work?

Registering with XeFlow is simple. Subscriptions start from just £15, with unlimited customer support and free updates with all packages.

If you’d like more information, either check out the XeFlow website, or get in touch and we’d be happy to arrange a no-obligation demonstration at your office.
