London-based accountancy business acquired by Key Business Consultants

Reed Taylor Benedict and Benedict Leff & Co Accountants, the
London-based accountancy firm run by Matthew Richter, has been acquired
by fast-expanding Key Business Consultants.

Reed Taylor Benedict and Benedict Leff & Co Accountants, founded over 25
years ago by Peter Benedict and Matthew Richter, is a full service
practice having made its mark in dispensing professional advice,
alongside tailored accountancy and tax solutions to businesses of all
sizes.

As a progressive accountancy firm, well suited to the demands from
increasing client expectations and government changes in areas such as
tax. Having worked together on several matters over the years it seemed a
natural progression for this acquisition.

The combined businesses will benefit from expanding its footprint and
bringing additional expertise into the practice whilst maintaining its
focus on becoming a trusted advisor for founder-owned businesses.
