Burlingtons Legal & Key Business Consultants Announce Partnership

Key Business Consultants are delighted to announce a partnership with principal partner Gary Green joining Burlingtons Legal LLP as a tax consultant.

Burlingtons Legal is a full-service international law firm established in 2011 and headquartered in London's West End, with offices in seven other countries around the globe.

Headed by senior partner Deborah Mills, Burlingtons' astute team of solicitors and lawyers provide expert solutions in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate, immigration, real estate, dispute resolution, amongst other areas.

With a 'more than law' approach, Burlingtons have a wide network of carefully-selected advisors and contacts who deliver clear and pragmatic direction to support their clients' needs above and beyond all things legal.

Joining the team is Gary Green, a Chartered Accountant who has swathes of experience in practice across London and the South East but also an international clientele.

In 2012, Gary formed Key Business Consultants, an SEIS and EIS tax-specialist firm based in London. Key Business Consultants has grown to serve thousands of clients since its inception.

Gary and his team work with clients ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses, through to international and public-listed companies across a variety of sectors. Their extensive offering includes strategic tax planning for businesses and individuals; forensic accounting, bookkeeping and management accounts; VAT; payroll; and year-end accounts and tax returns.

As highly skilled specialists in SEIS, EIS and R&D, Key Business Consultants remain up-to-date with the latest changes and guidance, ensuring businesses and private clients are tax-efficient and making the most of the reliefs available to them.

Gary will provide a broad spectrum of advice to Burlingtons and their clients, including reinvestment schemes, property taxes and capital gains tax planning; with an emphasis on complex taxation issues such as protecting existing wealth and planning for the future.

Speaking on the partnership, Deborah said: "We have worked with Gary and his team for many years and our clients, and ourselves, are delighted with the quality and accuracy of service as well as the prompt and efficient way they are looked after.

"Our current joint venture further strengthens our international professional capability and we look forward to working together for many years to come."

Gary said: “I am delighted to have been offered this great opportunity to work with a leading UK national legal practice. While we have been working on mutual clients for several years successfully, I feel that this arrangement is a great strategic fit for us and our clients and also a result of the consistency and hard work of our team here at Key Business Consultants.”
